No Content may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, publicly displayed or otherwise used except as provided in these Terms of Use, without the express written permission of psycorps.com.

You may download Content only for your personal, noncommercial use, and only provided you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein. You may not, distribute, reproduce, republish, display, prepare derivative works based upon, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use any Content for public or commercial purposes on any other website or otherwise, without the written permission of the Operators.

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register with SuperMegaUltra.com by providing certain information about yourself, including your name and e-mail address. You may select a password as part of the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under it.

You may upload jpeg format picture files for disply on the Site as part of your use of the eCommerce feature. However, you are not permitted to upload content that is illegal in any part of Canada or the United States, including content that may be considered to be defamatory, indecent, or pornographic, nor may you upload any damaging content including executable programs, or content that may be illegal if viewed or used by minors.

Because the site uses Paypal as a payment solution, adult and sexually-oriented material cannot be sold through the site as these contravene Paypal's acceptable use policy. Other goods and services that contravene their acceptable use policy include firearms, batteries that contain mercury, grave-related items, and various other items. 3. THE eCOMMERCE FEATURE ("eCommerce feature")

The Site provides an eCommerce feature that allows you to sell goods and services online. ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. PSYCORPS.COM INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY ARISING OUT OF: THE ACTIVITIES OF ANY MERCHANT OR CUSTOMER ACCESSING THE SITE, ANY LOSS OR INJURY RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE eCOMMERCE FEATURE OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE SITE, OR ANY LOSS OR INJURY ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE eCOMMERCE FEATURE OR ANY OTHER ASPCT OF THE SITE.

A. Purchasing; Price; Payment: Merchants can offer their goods and services through the site for an annual fee in the case of the $12 annual fee or a monthly fee at higher rates. Information provided by merchants, including the availablity of goods and services at particular times must be true, accurate, and up-to-date, to the best of your knowledge. Fees are payable in advance. Fees paid by merchants to psycorps.com Inc are not refundable. Merchants and their goods and services can be deleted from the eCommerce Feature without notice, if psycorps.com management determines that the service or it's advertisment contravenes any applicable laws, breaches ethical standards, or for non-payment of fees. Psycorps.com reserves the right to modify the price of services provided to merchants through the site.

To market goods or services on the Site, you must provide your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Customers on the Site are not charged a fee by psycorps.com Inc, but are charged by the merhant who offered the goods or services on the Site. Psycorps.com may in its sole discretion decline service to or terminate any account. Neither psycorps.com Inc., its Service Providers nor the Operators is responsible for and must not be held liable for any breaches in transaction security by any third party.
